Terms of Service

I. General Provisions

Welcome to the Jucharm Smart Driving Platform (hereinafter "the Platform"). This Agreement is a contract between you and the Platform operator regarding your use of the Platform's services.

Please read this Agreement carefully in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please do not register for or use the Platform's services.

The Platform reserves the right to revise this Agreement from time to time as needed. The revised Agreement will take effect after being published on the Platform.

II. Account Registration and Management

You need to register an account before using the Platform's services. You shall provide true, accurate and complete registration information and update it promptly when changes occur.

You shall keep your account and password safe and bear legal responsibility for all activities carried out under your account.

III. User Rights and Obligations

You have the right to use the various services provided by the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.

You promise not to use the Platform for illegal activities, and not to upload, post or disseminate illegal or harmful information.

You may not use technical means to maliciously attack the Platform or interfere with its normal operation.

IV. Service Content

The Platform provides smart electric vehicle control, data analysis, vehicle management and other functions.

Some features require Bluetooth or network connections; connection quality may affect the service experience.

V. Privacy Protection

The Platform values user privacy protection and will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

VI. Intellectual Property

All content of the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, software and interface designs, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Without the Platform's written permission, you may not copy, modify, disseminate or use the above content for commercial purposes.

VII. Disclaimer

The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by network failures, hacker attacks, system maintenance or other reasons.

The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure.

You bear the risks of using the Platform's services yourself.

VIII. Agreement Modification

The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified terms will take effect once published.

If you do not agree with the modified terms, please stop using the Platform's services.

IX. Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court having jurisdiction.
